Not sure what to do when you're visiting Camp Milagro?
Here's some ideas:
1) Walk/drive to the Guadalupe River: with 1/3 mile of easy access, its perfect to just sit by, sit in or float
2) At the Guadalupe, we have a great little fishing hole at the deep end of our property - just stand on our bank, throw in a line and reel 'em in
3) Float the Guadalupe - Walk or drive to an outfitter and have them take you upriver and float down to us... you can also choose to float different areas of both the Guadalupe & Comal Rivers
4) Hungry? Make steaks on our gas grill, chicken on our charcoal pit, a brisket or pizza in our smoker. So many options...
5) Dessert Time: How about making s'mores... definitely a family favorite!
6) Early Riser? Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the magnificent sun rise
7) Take a hike! Enjoy our 90 acres with a steep, rocky walk around our property - the high points have amazing views of the Texas Hill Country and the Guadalupe River.
8) Long day? Take a nap in our hammock
9) Need to cool off or warm up: take a dip in our dipping pool! Just perfect in the summer and can be heated during our winter months!
10) We also have swing chairs on our 2nd cabin porch - oh, the views....
11) Ready to win? Let's choose a game from our basement: cornhole, washers, spike-ball, ladder-ball... and more (not to mention or playing cards and dominoes)
12) Spooky stories not necessary for sharing memories around our fire-pit
13) As dusk draws near, you might be able to spot fireflies - mostly seen in spring and early summer
14) Be sure to look out our west side for absolutely magnificent sunset views
15) Use our telescope on the 3rd floor to spot your favorite stars
... not to mention the area restaurants, the quaint shopping, and day trips to nearby, adorable towns (Canyon Lake, Dripping Springs, Buda, Luckenbach, Boerne - just to name a few!)
There's just so much to enjoy...
