Am I insulted?

“Hope I didn’t insult you....” our guest said. He was following up from his comment “the pictures don’t do this place justice”. I’ve heard this from almost every guest we’ve had.

Am I insulted? Heck no!

When researching accommodations, I bet many of us have seen those jaw-dropping photos of where you might stay..... only to show up and have a reality check. The room/house/hotel may have looked incredible on the website. To say the least, Photoshop, angles, lighting, age of photos - these can all be factors in deceptive pics.

Fresh, clean, comfortable! I have tried to make everything here better than I would want it...
